I was born into the automotive industry, from dealerships to paint shops my family has served customers for decades. I worked as a car salesperson for many years and eventually started a career as a software engineer. As a software engineer, I focussed heavily on conversion rate optimisation for top tech companies. So much of the knowledge I have acquired in my life has been applied to Dealer 9000.
